RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to love your purchase from Charming Dahlia. If there is an issue, we are here to help.

Returns

We only accept returns for:

  • Damaged items
  • Incorrect items received
  • Change of mind

To request a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at cdahliashop@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Items on sale

Refunds

Once your return is approved and inspected, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card provider
  3. Contact your bank (processing times vary)
